President and CEO

Steve Jenkins founded EFI Recycling in 2001 and serves as president and chief executive officer. In addition to his involvement with management of company operations, Steve drives the organization’s strategic growth initiatives and evaluates opportunities for augmenting existing capabilities. Steve opened EFI Recycling with significant experience in the trucking industry. He started Jeco Transport with in 1982 and sold his interest in the business in 2001. Prior to starting up Jeco Transport, Steve was involved in sales at Freightliner.

Steve resides in Portland, Ore., with his wife and enjoys playing golf, flying planes and racing cars.

Scott JenkinsScott Jenkins

Vice President and COO

Scott Jenkins serves as vice president and COO of EFI Recycling and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as runs the company’s brokerage division where he connects buyers and sellers of recyclable goods.

Scott has been involved with EFI Recycling for more than 9 years and has learned the business from the ground up. Beginning with odd jobs and office work, Scott moved on to operating the baler and continued to gain practical experience in nearly every aspect of the organization. He was promoted to vice president in 2007 and reports to founder – and father – Steve Jenkins.

Scott resides in Portland, Ore., with his wife Bethany. He shares his father’s passion for auto racing and also enjoys flying airplanes and golf.       
                              

Kevin White EFI RecyclingKevin White

Logistics Manager

Kevin White joined EFI Recycling in 2010 and serves as the director of operations. In this role, Kevin directs and oversees all plant production and trucking operations. Prior to joining EFI Recycling, Kevin owned his own company, Legend Logistics and Transportation, where he served as president. He also spent several years in the recycling and document destruction industry working as a plant manager.

Kevin and his wife Christine reside in Portland with their son, Calvin. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys golfing, chess and coaching his son’s soccer team.
